Transitioning to clean technologies, Coto Technology, a tenant of PIMSA of more than 30 years, installed 926 solar panels with a capacity of generating more than 800 kW of clean energy annually.

316 tons of CO₂ emissions are saved annually by avoiding consumption of fossil fuel generation from the power grid.
